I'm all for innovation but this is the opposite of that. Why on earth did you have to change something that was working well to begin with. The 'MOOV' technology - so now I have to push buttons and hope it works? The bloody swipe thing isn't even positioned properly to be comfortable and it turns off way too quickly. The charging cable - so I need an adapter? Really? Also, the magnetic link disconnects at the slightest touch so you can never be confident the thing is actually charging. I purchased one yesterday and I'm still wondering what on earth they were thinking. The customer service has always been helpful so I have no issues there. Firstly, I've been a Logic customer for 4 years now and have always had positive experiences with them and the product.
